Partnership with Filnemus
Mise à jour mardi 14/04/2026
Partnership between Filnemus and private sector
In the context of collaborative projects with private partners, where Filnemus' involvement is requested, the projects must be submitted to the network in advance so that the following can be assessed:
- Its interest for the network and the patients
- The legal, ethical and scientific requirements
- Making any changes that Filnemus deems necessary
Once these criteria have been assessed, the network reserves the right to approve or reject the project proposals.
Any collaborative project involving a private partner proposed to the network must meet all of the following conditions:
- The project must have a national scope, involving several centres (at least two, for example for proofreading work) and being part of the network’s activities
- Projects are submitted for approval to the Steering Committee and/or the Coordination Committee of the network, with a right to propose amendments
- Both the Filnemus network and the partner will retain the right to reproduce and distribute the final product free of charge
Any request for collaboration from the sector regarding a project in which the sector was not involved from the outset will be automatically rejected.
